The popular Mindmanager solution from Mindjet has already a lot of possible extensions. Very often e set of simple extra templates and prepared mindmaps. For Project Management they have created Jetpack to allow you to work in a team on items like

Although this is a slightly more expensive solution, for a business environment this also allows you to integrate and especially export your plan to MS-Project
