Propellor is the first company in Europe to be accredited by Professor John Kotterto run these workshops based on his bestselling book Our Iceberg is Melting

This one day workshop is preceded by all participants reading the book and going through an on-line learning experience (of which you can get a small taste here)

During the workshop, participants learn

• to understand their own role in the change process
• to grasp the importance of the 8 steps defined by Professor Kotter in his previous works on Leading Change
• to assess where the change initiative is right now and what is missing

all of this using the easy, non-confronting form and language of the penguin parable from the book
